SMS Messaging Program

Program name: The Birdie Box Booking Confirmations

Description: When you create an account and make a booking at The Birdie Box Golf Simulator, you will receive automated SMS text messages confirming your reservation details, including date, time, location, and access instructions.

Message Frequency

You will receive one SMS message per booking confirmation. Message frequency depends on how often you book sessions.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier. The Birdie Box does not charge for SMS messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive booking confirmation texts.

Booking Policy

Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. Cancellations are accepted more than 24 hours before your session start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for a refund.

Facility Rules

• Please clean up after yourselves. A $15 cleaning fee may be charged if the space is left excessively messy.
• Food and drinks are permitted.
• Be mindful of overhead clearance during swing.
• Security cameras are in use on the premises.
• You may park up to two cars directly in front of the door. Additional vehicles must use the parking lot outside the wall.
